Team Buitenland van de inspectie maakt iedere zomer een planning voor de schoolbezoeken voor het volgende kalenderjaar. Vervolgens nemen de medewerkers van het team contact op met de individuele scholen en wordt de planning per school vastgelegd. De jaarplanning is uiteraard altijd onder voorbehoud van onverwachte omstandigheden.
